Leaf Dill – Dill Seeds

Leaf dill (Anethum graveolens) is a popular and aromatic herb that is especially well suited for fish dishes, sauces, pickling and everyday cooking. Its fresh flavour adds a delicious herbal note to food, whether used fresh or dried.

Sow directly outdoors or in a pot from mid-April to August. Sow thinly and thin the seedlings if needed, so the plants have enough space to grow. Dill leaves can be harvested for fresh use in cooking or dried for later use.
