Lemon Coriander – Fresh Citrus Herb for Cooking

Lemon coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is a low-growing coriander variety with leaves that have a fresh citrus-like aroma and flavour. It is well suited for seasoning Asian and Mediterranean dishes, as well as salads.

Sow the seeds from April to the end of August directly outdoors in rows or in a growing bed. Thin the seedlings lightly if needed. The seeds are ready for harvest when they release a strong lemon-like aroma.
