Trailing Lobelia ‘Sapphire’ – Blue Flowers for Hanging Baskets

Trailing Lobelia ‘Sapphire’ (Lobelia erinus pendula) is a beautifully trailing and abundantly flowering summer flower, perfect for hanging baskets, balcony boxes and flower towers. Its bright blue flowers create a fresh and eye-catching display.

This variety forms dense, cascading growth and flowers for a long period during summer. It is an excellent choice for balconies, terraces and gardens.

Trailing Lobelia is especially well suited for combining with other summer flowers, but also works beautifully on its own as a decorative planting.

Sow the seeds indoors for pre-growing in late winter to spring at around 20 °C. Pricking out is recommended. Plant outdoors after the risk of frost has passed.
